One thing a lot of people forget is that if you choose not to be vaccinated (not just for flu, but for anything), you are not just putting yourself at risk, you are putting others at risk.

So if doctors recommend you get vaccinated and you decide you know better, just remember, you&#039;re also deciding that everyone around you shouldn&#039;t benefit from your vaccination as well.</description>
